Sale Of Goods Agreement Is The Listing Agreement For The Sale Of Our Home Binding If Only One Of Us Signed It?

Is the Listing Agreement for the sale of our home binding if only one of us signed it? - sale of goods agreement

We have extended our agreement with our sales representative for further 3 months. My husband does not sign and do not want to renew it. I chose me. He's does not want to be sure because he was not at home. We want to end. He has lead the market for 4 months and us to believe that the price went well until renewedl.A weeks after for a certain price with our agent again has begun to put pressure on prices over the lower $ 30,000 less! The house had no activity for almost a month. The officer said he did nothing to in an exclusive 3% down to much lower prices. He said it would be nice. Then contact your agent and we have than to say that not a good idea and no advertising of the home if, under 3% at the lowest price. She said we should leave it and keeps it at 5%! He said his agency was doing "everything possible for us to want the best price! Now we do. Do not ever take a copy of the forms signed, we will change" the price, sacrifice, etc. Bait & Switch?

If the two owners of the house, I would say that enlargement has not been enforced. Tot Talk agents and brokers tell them you want to delete the extension, not because her husband signed.

As a broker, I sometimes have a signing party accepted if you already that the other party or able to agree to know. Of course I will be open for exactly this kind of situation.

Yes, it is authentic. Just because her husband did not sign, nothing will change. Well, when they separate or divorce proceedings has been rejected, not signed, but still hanging. As for the bait and switch, yes, it sure sounds like him. And please get copies of every transaction!

Hon, who are the owners of the prize, may suggest that the agent only. But if you start too high a price to lose people's interest and it is difficult to recover after she is believed to have tried to milk for all. Depending on the type of company you have to do, most have a copy of the waiver clause if the official does not perform his duty. Call the broker and tell him you need the forms and are not happy. Real estate companies do not "Bait and Switch" something, it's your house. ps. the contract is probably legal, because it is a renewal, not the original contract. and also, I do not think you spend too much advertising to your home or if they are a good commission. The housing market is down, not because of problems the agent ... You can not buy people, especially if it is expensive.

If you do not really need to sell now, and it is usually not a good time of year to do it, just close the complete list and not the list until after 3 months in the current contract.

Unless you can terminate the contract. It never hurts to try. If you lower the price and refuse to refuse to comply with the agreement of the Commission that they had promised, they earn very little for a list of to sit.
